When a regional director, an investor or a client delegation visits Kuala Lumpur, the car that collects them is their first impression of your company. A well-run corporate car arrangement takes the stress out of the visit for your guests and for your team. Here is how to plan it.

When companies rent premium cars
- Visiting executives and board members. Airport pickup, hotel transfers and meetings across the city.
- Investor and client roadshows. Several meetings a day in KLCC, Mid Valley, Bangsar South and Putrajaya.
- Delegations and conferences. Several cars moving a group between hotels and venues.
- Company events and dinners. VIP arrivals and safe rides home.
- Interim cars for staff. Monthly rentals while a company car is being replaced. See our monthly rental option.
Choosing the right cars
| Guest | Recommended car |
|---|---|
| CEO, chairman or minister | Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 740Li with chauffeur |
| Senior managers | Mercedes-Benz C-Class or BMW X5 |
| Small delegation (up to 6) | Toyota Vellfire with chauffeur |
| Large delegation | Several Vellfires in a coordinated convoy |
For guests who are not familiar with Malaysian roads, a chauffeur is almost always the better choice. Read more about how our chauffeur service works.
Planning a roadshow day
KL traffic is the biggest risk to a tight schedule. A few rules make it work:
- Allow 45 minutes between meetings in the city centre, more at peak hours (roughly 7–9am and 5–8pm).
- Group meetings by area: KLCC and Bukit Bintang, Bangsar and Mid Valley, then Putrajaya or Cyberjaya.
- Share the itinerary in advance with addresses and contact names, so the chauffeur can plan drop-off points.
- Keep the car on standby rather than booking separate trips. The chauffeur waits nearby and is ready when the meeting ends.
- Have one point of contact on your side and ours, on WhatsApp, for last-minute changes.
Airport arrivals for VIP guests
For guests flying in, book a KLIA meet & greet. A host waits at arrivals with a name sign, and the chauffeur tracks the flight. For senior guests, arrange a second car for luggage and assistants if needed.
Why open a corporate account?
- One invoice per month instead of paying for each booking.
- Priority access to popular cars during busy periods.
- A dedicated contact who knows your guests’ preferences.
- Consistent standards: the same cars, chauffeurs and service level every time.
- Simpler approvals: agreed rates and terms, so your team can book quickly.
To open an account, we need your company registration details (SSM) and a billing contact. See Kreto for business.
