What do I need to rent a luxury car?
Malaysians need their MyKad and a valid Malaysian driving licence. Visitors need a passport and a valid licence in English or an International Driving Permit. A credit card in the driver’s name is required for the security deposit.
What is the minimum age?
Drivers must be at least 25 years old with 3 years of driving experience. For supercars (Porsche 911, Lamborghini) and Rolls-Royce the minimum age is 30.
How much is the security deposit?
Deposits range from RM 3,000 to RM 50,000 depending on the car and are shown on every car page. The deposit is pre-authorised on your credit card and released within 7 working days after return.
Can I hire a chauffeur?
Yes. Choose “With chauffeur” when you search, or add a chauffeur to any booking. Our chauffeurs are uniformed, trained in executive protocol and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. We deliver and collect anywhere in the Klang Valley, KLIA and KLIA2 free of charge on rentals of 2 days or more, and to Penang, Johor Bahru and Melaka on request.
Is there a mileage limit?
Each rental includes 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged per car as shown in your confirmation. Supercars include 150 km per day.
Can I drive to Singapore or Thailand?
Cross-border travel is possible for selected cars with written approval and additional insurance. Please ask us before booking.
How do I pay?
By credit card, online banking (FPX) or bank transfer. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
