After a long flight, the last thing you want is a queue at a rental counter or a search for a taxi. With an airport meet & greet, your car is waiting for you at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and you can be on your way within minutes of collecting your bags.

How airport meet & greet works
- Book with your flight number. We track your flight and adjust the handover if you land early or late.
- A Kreto host meets you at arrivals. Look for your name on a sign after customs.
- Quick handover at the car. A short walkaround, a check of your licence and the deposit, and the keys are yours.
- Drive away, or be driven. If you booked a chauffeur, simply sit back.
The whole process usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
KLIA or KLIA Terminal 2?
KLIA has two terminals: Terminal 1, used mainly by full-service airlines, and Terminal 2 (formerly known as klia2), used mainly by low-cost carriers. They are a few kilometres apart, so make sure you tell us the correct terminal when you book. Your airline’s booking confirmation shows it.
We also deliver to Subang Airport (Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport), which is much closer to the city.
How long is the drive into KL?
KLIA is about 50 to 60 kilometres from central Kuala Lumpur. Expect around an hour to KLCC or Bukit Bintang, longer at rush hour (roughly 7–9am and 5–8pm on weekdays). The main routes are tolled highways, so ask for a Touch ‘n Go card with your car.
Which car is best for an airport pickup?
| Travellers | Luggage | Recommended car |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 business travellers | 2 cabin bags | Mercedes-Benz S-Class with chauffeur |
| Couple on holiday | 2 large suitcases | Range Rover or BMW X5 |
| Family of 4–5 | 4 large suitcases | Toyota Vellfire |
| VIP guest or delegation | Varies | S-Class or Vellfire with chauffeur, plus a luggage car if needed |
Luggage is the most common surprise. Sports cars like the Porsche 911 have very little space, so if you want one, arrange a separate luggage transfer or pick up the sports car after checking in to your hotel.
Airport delivery costs
Airport delivery and collection at KLIA are complimentary on rentals of 2 days or more. Meet & greet with a name sign is RM 150 per booking, and is complimentary on rentals of 3 days or more.
Returning the car at the airport
You can return the car at departures. We meet you at the agreed drop-off point and take the keys. Allow an extra 15 minutes for the handover, and make sure the fuel level matches what you received.
Tips for a smooth airport pickup
- Keep your phone on after landing so your host can reach you on WhatsApp.
- Have your documents ready: licence, passport or MyKad, and the credit card used for the deposit. See documents you need to rent a car in Malaysia.
- Visitors: check the rules for driving in Malaysia as a foreigner before you travel.
- Arriving late at night? A chauffeur is often the more relaxing choice after a long flight.
Frequently asked questions
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so there is no need to contact us. Your host will be there when you land.
Can someone else collect the car for me?
Only the named driver can collect a self-drive car, because we need to check their licence. For chauffeured bookings, your guest just meets the chauffeur.
Can I pick up at KLIA and return in the city?
Yes. Choose a different return location when you book.
